The Oregon Individual Development Account (IDA) Tax Credit program is now accepting donations of up to $25,000 per transaction online (the maximum you can contribute is $100,000 per tax return per year). You may donate online anytime between January 1 and December 31.
Please note that the maximum contribution per transaction you can make using the online system is $25,000. The maximum overall contribution is $100,000.
Unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards over the phone at this time.
Helpful Hints for Donating Online:
- We suggest contacting your credit card company prior to making a large donation to avoid a hold being placed on your card.
- Google has a $25,000 limit per transaction. You can make multiple donations up to the $100,000 IDA limit.
- Do not enter commas or decimal points. For example, enter 1000 instead of $1,000.00.

You will receive a confirmation letter acknowledging your contribution in the mail within ten (10) days, along with instructions for applying the IDA tax credit to your State of Oregon tax form.
If the tax credit initiative has reached its capacity by the time we receive your contribution, your contribution will be returned to you.
