Donor Return Policy
Credit card donations made to the Oregon IDA Initiative can be returned. Neighborhood Partnerships's policy for returning credit card donations made to the Oregon Individual Development Account Initiative is that donations can be returned if requested within three (3) business days to Kathy Turner, kturner@neighborhoodpartnerships.org. Acknowledgement letters for contributions will be sent out on the fourth business day. Requests must be made in writing. The returned donation must be returned to the same credit card through which the donation was made
