Fiduciary Organizations
Oregon's IDA Initiative is actively working throughout the state in conjunction with local, community-based, non-profit organizations (known as "Fiduciary Organizations") to build Oregon's middle class. Assets, such as owning a home or business or having a good education, contribute to stronger communities and stable families.
IDAs are an additional tool for non-profits to use to assist supporting their clients in achieving home or business ownership or gaining a higher level of education. Our non-profit partners market the IDA program to their clients and in their communities through local meetings, events, advertisements, and talks with local business leaders. All of the non-profit partner organizations work with a variety of partners and would welcome the opportunity to talk to you about what's already happening in your community.
