Best Practices

Serving clients who are participating in an IDA program and saving towards the purchase of an asset requires a variety of classes, counseling and expertise in each organization.  Fiduciary Organizations who have developed tools – intake forms, progress markers, class descriptions, or any other document your organization uses to better serve clients may be useful to another organization who is working to develop a similar tool.  Fiduciary organizations are encouraged to submit their documents or other best practices to be reviewed by their peers, and are also encouraged to download documents from their peers.

To submit a document or form, please send it via email as an attachment to Haley.  Documents will be posted below.  When submitting a document or form, please provide a brief description (no more than 50 words), along with your email address so people can contact you with questions if necessary.
