Best Practices

Starting in January 2008, Neighborhood Partnerships hired the Regional Research Institute at Portland State University to begin a longitudinal study of Oregon's IDA participants.  Systems were put in place to gather data on participants when they enroll in the program, when they graduate from or terminate participation in the program, and again one year post-graduation/departure.  Although this research is ongoing, preliminary results are available below.  The PowerPoint presentations were presented to the Fiduciary Organizations in the fall of 2008 and the summer of 2009.  Please contact Joy Garlin Hunt with any questions about the data.
